1. What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

  • Major Cities: Enjoy fast delivery within 3-5 business days.
  • Other Locations: Orders usually arrive within 5-10 business days.

    You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. For COD, we charge a standard fee of Rs 49.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 3-4 hours of placing it.

  • For COD orders, if not confirmed within 1 hour via WhatsApp, the order will be automatically cancelled. Prepaid orders can be canceled within 2-3 additional hours.

  • Incorrect Size Orders: No returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection. Please refer to our size chart before ordering.
  • Unboxing Videos: Always record your unboxing to ensure you have proof for any damage claims.
  • Timeframe: Requests beyond 3 days from delivery cannot be processed.

Refunds are available for:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement. Please submit a request within 3 days of delivery, including unboxing videos, photos of the damaged product, and the original packaging. If no unboxing video is provided, Suchayaan cannot process refunds or replacements.
  • Lost in Transit: For items lost in transit, we offer a refund once confirmed lost, or we can re-ship the product.
